Digital Reports
Personalized digital reports, including Pet & Owner Energy Match Reports, are custom digital products.
If you purchase a digital report:
- You may request a cancellation before we begin preparing your report.
- Once report preparation has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
- Once the report has been delivered by email or download link, all sales are final.
- One free revision is included if there is an error in birth details, pet details, formatting, or missing sections.
We do not offer refunds because a customer disagrees with the interpretation, result, symbolic element, lucky color, or personality description.
ChonkPaws reports are created for fun, cultural discovery, and self-reflection only. They do not provide medical, veterinary, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
Personalized Physical Products
Personalized products may include items such as custom pet bandanas, pet ID tags, pet-owner matching sets, gift boxes, or products with pet names, colors, symbols, or custom text.
Personalized products are final sale unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- We sent the wrong item
- The customization does not match the confirmed order details
If there is an issue with your personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Personalized Physical Products
For non-personalized physical products, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged, washed, worn, or altered
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
