Once preparation of a personalized digital report has started, the order may become non-refundable, unless required by applicable law. One free revision may be offered if there is an error in formatting, missing sections, or incorrect details caused by ChonkPaws.

We do not offer refunds simply because a customer disagrees with a symbolic interpretation, element result, lucky color, personality description, or report style.
