How We Use Pet Photos
We may use your submitted pet photo to:

- Create your personalized design
- Prepare a design preview if included
- Complete your final artwork
- Match your upload with your order
- Provide customer support
- Handle revision requests
- Resolve delivery or order issues
We do not use your pet photo for unrelated public promotion without permission.
Public Sharing
We do not share customer pet photos publicly without permission.

- Social media

- Portfolio examples

If we ever want to feature your pet photo, design, or story publicly, we will ask for permission first.
Submitting a pet photo for an order does not automatically give ChonkPaws permission to use it publicly.
No Selling of Pet Photos
We do not sell customer pet photos.
Your submitted pet photo is used to support your personalized ChonkPaws order and related customer service.
No Fake Customer Proof
ChonkPaws does not create fake customer photos, fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake customer artwork, or fake user-generated content.
Any public customer example should be based on real permission.
Photo Ownership
Customers are responsible for submitting photos they have the right to use.
Please do not submit photos that belong to someone else unless you have permission.
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to submit it for the purpose of creating your ChonkPaws personalized design.
Sensitive Information
Please avoid uploading images that include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
For example, avoid photos that clearly show:
- Private documents
- Home addresses
- Children’s faces
- Identification information
- Financial information
- Private messages
- Personal records
If possible, submit a photo focused only on your pet.
Photo Quality Review
A clear photo helps us create a better design.
If your photo is blurry, too dark, too small, or difficult to use, we may ask you to provide another photo.
This may delay production.
Internal Access
Submitted pet photos may be accessed only for order creation, design production, customer support, revision handling, quality review, and delivery-related needs.
Retention
We may retain submitted pet photos and related order details for as long as needed to complete your order, provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable requirements.
